  Went in hoping to find some inspiration for my new house. My son and I were not even acknowledged as we walked in as the lady behind the counter was very loudly shouting at her colleague for making a mistake on the till. We tried to ignore it as we walked about the shop but it carried on so loudly we couldn't actually here what the other was saying. I'm assuming the lady shouting was the manager. I don't write reviews, but had to in this case as we were so appalled and shocked at the dreadful thoughtlessness and rudeness being shown to staff and customers! I'm only giving one star because I can't give 0. Safe to say I won't be returning!
